What is the difference between Seniia and a marketing agency?
Agencies rent you their hours. Seniia builds you an asset. Traditional agencies focus on completing their tasks. We focus exclusively on commercial outcomes: building a proven and scalable infrastructure.
Who is the Seniia Growth System designed for?
Our system is engineered for service-based businesses, medical practices, and trade companies that are ready to scale. It is best suited for business owners who are tired of micromanaging marketing and want a hands-off, automated solution for lead acquisition.
Do you serve clients internationally?
Yes. While we are UK-based, digital infrastructure is borderless. We successfully partner with clients in Australia, the US, and Hong Kong. Our team manages time zones effectively to ensure seamless communication and support.
The System (Phase 1 & 2)
Why is Phase 1 (Infrastructure Build) mandatory?
We do not run high-velocity traffic to un-calibrated infrastructure. Phase 1 ensures your tracking, CRM, and server architecture are 'leak-proof' before we spend budget on ads. This protects your capital and ensures higher conversion rates.
Can I use my existing website?
We conduct a forensic audit of your current assets. If your website meets our technical standards for Speed, AEO structure, and Conversion capability, we will integrate it. However, most legacy websites require significant reconstruction to perform as a modern standard.
What happens if I stop using Seniia?
You retain full ownership. Unlike rental agencies, you own your domain, ad accounts, pixel data, and customer lists. If you cease Phase 2 operations, you can take your assets with you or continue using the Seniia Hub software on a standard license.
Financials & Commitment
Is ad spend included in the service fee?
No. Your media budget is paid directly to Ad Channels like Google or Meta. This ensures 100% transparency—you see exactly what is being spent and where. We never markup your ad spend.
Are there long-term lock-in contracts?
We operate on performance, not handcuffs. Phase 1 is a one-time capital investment. Phase 2 is a rolling monthly agreement. You may pause or cancel operations at any time with a standard 30-day notice period.
How do payments work?
Phase 1 (The Build) is invoiced upfront or in two tranches depending on scope. Phase 2 (Operations) is a monthly automated subscription for minimal administrative friction.
Onboarding
What do you need from me to get started?
We keep your involvement minimal. During onboarding, we require access to your existing digital assets (Domain, Social Accounts), then we handle the rest.
How long until we launch?
The Infrastructure Build (Phase 1) follows a strict 3-4 week delivery protocol. Once the system passes our internal audit and is handed over to you, Phase 2 campaigns are activated immediately.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. You will have direct contact to your Growth Partner or via WhatsApp group, ensuring rapid response times without the need for formal support tickets.
